Sriram Das is the Founder and CEO of DYCM Power and Managing Director of Das & Co., an investment firm focused on businesses advancing the global energy transition. Before founding Das & Co., he began his career in the Global Power & Utilities Group at Merrill Lynch. Sriram brings deep experience in renewable energy investment, project development, and strategic finance. He holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from Yale University.

Jay Sharma is a seasoned renewable energy executive with more than 25 years of experience building and leading businesses across the United States. As head of Vikram Solar's U.S. operations, he oversees module sales and business development, bringing extensive expertise in solar manufacturing, market strategy, and customer partnerships. An engineer with graduate degrees in business and science, Jay has built a career helping companies grow through innovation, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships.

Dr. N. M. Ravindra is Professor of Physics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an internationally recognized researcher in advanced materials, semiconductor science, and nanotechnology. Over nearly four decades, he has published more than 350 scientific papers, authored nine books, secured multiple patents, and led research supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, NASA, DARPA, and other leading institutions. His scientific expertise provides invaluable guidance as DYCM advances innovative manufacturing technologies.

Alex Spiro is a nationally recognized trial attorney and partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Investigations, Government Enforcement & White Collar Defense Practice. One of the country's leading litigators, he has represented Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and high-profile executives in complex litigation, regulatory matters, and crisis management.

Chandra Patel is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Chairman of Antarctica Capital, a global investment firm focused on private equity, infrastructure, and special situations. Since founding the firm in 2010, he has led its strategic vision, investment platform, and global expansion initiatives. With decades of experience in finance, capital markets, and infrastructure investing, 

Prashanthi Raman is a public policy executive and attorney with nearly two decades of experience leading government affairs, strategic communications, and external engagement for organizations at the forefront of technology and innovation. Her work spans artificial intelligence, transportation, healthcare, and public policy, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments while building trusted relationships with policymakers and stakeholders.

Justin Landau is the Founder of Audrose Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on long-term value creation in consumer and infrastructure businesses. Previously, Justin held private equity roles at a multi‑billion‑dollar global family office, Farol Asset Management, and ZMC Capital, and began his career in leveraged finance at Jefferies & Co. He has served on the boards of companies including Icon Parking/Quik Park and Barry’s Bootcamp and holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting with University Honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Fred Bronstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Octo Capital LLC. Fred is a private equity professional with over 20 years of experience who has invested in excess of $10.0B in both the private and public markets. Fred previously was an investment professional at Elliott Management Corporation, and prior to Elliott, was employed by the real estate private equity funds associated with Angelo Gordon & Co and Lehman Brothers. Fred’s transaction experience includes all real estate asset classes as well as specialized assets, including alternative energy, data centers and cold storage. Fred is a graduate of Harvard College and currently resides in Greenwich, CT.
